We will file a claim with the shipping company and send you a replacement item within 24 hours (Monday to Friday). Instead of waiting for the shipping company to complete their investigation, we will send your replacement item ahead of time. Our team will handle the claim and work directly with the shipping carrier. The shipping company will proceed with their investigation as usual and may contact you for additional details.

If you do NOT purchase Shipping Protection:

We will initiate a claim with the shipping company and begin an internal investigation. We require 3 business days (Mon–Fri) to carry out the internal review. If you are concerned about theft, please purchase shipping protection or use a business address or other secure delivery location. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or misdelivered packages.
